Chapter 1063: Able to Make Her Stay

Chapter 1063: Able to Make Her Stay

"Caramel lattes are here, two cups!"

"Here are two servings of rose lychee cake, a new product from our store, for you two."

Tanya and Shannon arrived one after another.

"Thank you."

"Thank you." Even the usually aloof President Lancaster was very polite, becoming approachable.

"Enjoy your meal." They placed the coffee and little cakes down, turned around, and left, giving them some alone time.

A small piece of cake reminded Adrian Lancaster of the sweet story of Dayu. From that moment on, he was hopelessly in love with her.

"Hmm, it’s really delicious," Faye Turner had already tasted a small piece. "Especially the rose petals; they’re crispy and so fragrant!"

Seeing his wife enjoying it, Adrian Lancaster was very happy, feeling the visit was worthwhile, and his face was filled with gentle smiles, "Whenever you want to eat, we’ll come together."

The shop was very quiet. There were no other customers yet today, and the music playing was elegant and soothing, consisting mainly of lyric-free piano pieces.

The air was filled with a subtle creamy fragrance. Tasting these sweets always gave one a deep sense of satisfaction, as if all pressure would dissipate at that moment.

The atmosphere tonight felt like a date.

On the way back, Adrian Lancaster was driving as he asked her, "You remember Tanya and Shannon, but not me. Are you doing this on purpose?"

Faye Turner turned her eyes and answered earnestly, "I don’t really remember them. I matched the names with the people after looking at Rachel’s photo album today."

"..." Adrian Lancaster was left speechless; he couldn’t be jealous anymore, right?

After a while, he said, "Anyway... if... you remember me, you must tell me immediately, don’t try to fool me."

"What if I never remember?" she turned sideways and asked, curious to see his reaction.

Feeling her gaze, Adrian Lancaster slowed the car and turned his eyes; their sights met, and the warm yellow lights inside the car created a somewhat ambiguous atmosphere.

Who knew Adrian Lancaster, upon hearing this, was not anxious at all, "Then let’s walk the road again! Life is long, I will walk into your heart again!"

President Lancaster had such confidence.

When they drove home, Joy was already asleep. Adrian Lancaster and Faye Turner went upstairs and saw the photo wall on the second-floor living room shining with lights.

Faye Turner was naturally drawn to it, the warm yellow lights in the living room connected with the light strips.

"Do you want to go in and take a look?" Adrian Lancaster was willing to accompany her in anything.

Faye Turner shook her head, withdrew her gaze, and walked toward the bedroom, with Adrian Lancaster following.

"Would you like to take a shower first?" Faye Turner wanted him to tonight, "After you shower, you can rest early, I still want to design clothes for Joy."

"Design clothes?"

"Yes, I have some inspiration; I want to make something for her, she’s about to turn one year old. I wish to make a few unique princess dresses for her," Faye Turner told him, "Mrs. Rhodes showed me around the house today, and I saw a design studio upstairs."

"Yes, that was specially prepared for you before," Adrian Lancaster thought it was great. As long as she wanted to stay here, she had the freedom to do whatever she wanted.

"Then I’ll go shower now, take care of yourself."

She nodded, "Okay." Then she turned and stepped out, heading upstairs.

Faye Turner’s talent for design was innate. Even though she had amnesia and couldn’t recall certain people and events, it didn’t affect her creative expression.
